You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your personalized book recommendations if:

  • The recommendations do not match the preferences you provided
  • There was an error or miscommunication in your order
  • You are unsatisfied with the service for any reason

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services requested more than 7 days ago
  • Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded (if applicable)

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before we begin work on your personalized recommendations for a full refund. Once we have started preparing your recommendations, the standard refund policy applies.

6. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to:

  • Receive services that match their description
  • Services performed with reasonable care and skill
  • Services provided within a reasonable time

7. Advertising Compliance

We ensure that all service descriptions, pricing, and promotional offers comply with Google Ads policies and UK advertising regulations. There are no hidden fees or misleading terms.
